Timber Transpotation

Procedure of the service :

        1. Get the requesting letter and concentrate for the approval of the executive officer.

      2. Submit an application.

      3. Get the recommendation of the Grama Niladhari.

      4. After having the approval, concentrate by registered post to get the recommendation of the Forest Officer.

      5. Concentrate to the Divisional Secretary to give an order to a field visit.

• Implement the Field visit.
• After having the recommendation deliberate to the approval of the Divisional secretary to issue the permit. (to approve / not to approve)
• After the approval charge Rs.172.50 per each permit as permit fees.
• Submit the Well checked permit to the divisional secretary or assistant divisional secretary for the signature.
• Get the signature of the client in the permit.
• Give two copies of the permit, the original permit and the timber stamp to the relevant Grama Niladhari.

 Responsibility of the client:

• Submit the requesting letter.
• Submit the certified copies of the plan and deed.
• When the applicant is not the owner of the land, the owner's cash receipt of selling timber to the applicant. (This must be signed on a Rs.10/= stamp)
• If the land is a joint land, submit the other joint owners' acceptance letter certified by the Grama Niladhari.

Animal Transpotation

Procedure of the service :

1. Get the requesting letter and concentrate for the approval of the executive officer.
2. Then keep records and submit an application.
3. Submit the completed application to the office with Grama Niladhari or veterinary surgeon's recommendation and the cash payment slip.
4. After checking the mistakes of the completed application Concentrate to the approval of the divisional secretary.
5. Concentrate the permit for the signature.
6. Get the client's signature in the office copy and give the permit to the client.

 Responsibility of the client :

• Submit the requesting letter.
• Submit the ownership confirmation certificate.
• Submit the medical certificate issued by the government veterinary surgeon of the division.

Sand Excavation and Transpotation permits for non commercial purpose

Procedure of the service :

1. Submit the requesting letter.
2. Present for a field experiment.
3. Get the recommendation of the Divisional Secretary after the field experiment.
4. Issue the permit by charging the permit fee and the Royalty.

Responsibility of the client :

• Submit the requesting letter.
• Submit the recommendation of the Grama Niladhari.
• Submit the environmental report.

Procedure of the service :

       1. Get the requesting letter and concentrate for the approval of the executive office.

      2. Then keep records and submit an application.

      3. Concentrate a Certified copy of the deed/plan with the application to the Grama Niladhari.

      4. After checking the mistakes of the completed application concentrate for a field visit. (for the recommendation)

      5. Concentrate the relevant application for the approval of the divisional secretary.

      6. After having the approval make the permit and keep records and get signed from the head of the division.

      7. Concentrate the relevant permit to the Grama Niladhari to sign and submit to client.

• If to build a house submit a copy of the house plan.
• Submit a medical certificate if the tree is going to cut for a medical purpose.

Renewal of excise permits

Procedure of the service

      1.Accept the owners requesting letter.

     2.Accept the turnover tax certificate.

     3.Accept the clearance letter of inland revenue commissioner.

     4.Accept the clearance letter of assistant excise commissioner.

     5.Accept the clearance certificate of excise Director General.

Renewal of mortgage goods license

Procedure of the service

1. Check the Application.
2. Submit for the approval.
3. Charge the license fee.
4. Issue the license.

 Procedure of the service :

• If to protect the cultivation,submit the deed of the free hold land.
• If for animal husbandry,submit sufficient information about the animal farm.

Issuing pensioner railway warrants

Procedure of the service

        1. Confirming the pensioner and his rights to get the warrant.

      2. Get signed the general 276 form

      3. Approval of the Executive officer

      4. writing the warrant

      5. Get the signature of the Executive officer

      6. File the application

      7. Get the signature in the 2nd copy of the General 275 and issue the 1st copy.
